Ohio is trying to collect legal costs from a former state administrator who helped expose misspending at anti-poverty agencies more than a decade ago.The state wants $34,000 stemming from litigation filed by Terry Wilkins, who was fired from the Ohio Department of Development in 1993. Authorities say two people have died in a house fire in Brown County in rural southern Ohio.Authorities say the homeowner and her son escaped the Monday night fire, but that a relative of the homeowner and a friend were found dead inside.
