HG's Neat-O Chili-Frito Burrito is a healthy spin on Sonic's Fritos Chili Cheese Wrap. It's got 456 less calories than the original version, and 32 fewer grams of fat.
Makes one (1) serving.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup low-fat turkey or veggie chili
1 La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Large Tortilla (or similar alternative)
2 tbsp. shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
1/2 package Fritos Original Corn Chips 100 Calorie Pack (or similar alternative)
Optional: 2 tbsp. diced onion
Directions:
Pour chili into a microwave-safe bowl, then cover and heat for 45 - 60 seconds, or until hot. Set it to one side.
On a microwave-safe plate, lay the tortilla flat and then warm in the microwave for 10 seconds. Spoon the chili onto the center of the wrap, then cover with cheese and top with Fritos. Add the onion if you'd like.
Now, wrap the tortilla like a burrito - fold the sides in, then roll it up from the bottom. Place it down seam-side on the plate, and microwave for 30 or so seconds.
