Hats autographed by your favorite Buffalo Sabres will be available prior to Friday's home game.

The Buffalo Sabres are providing their fans with a chance to support the Buffalo Sabres Foundation and go home with a unique souvenir. A $20 donation to the Foundation will allow fans to take part in the “Buffalo Sabres Hat Surprise” prior to this Friday’s game against the Philadelphia Flyers. Game time is 7:30 p.m.  
 
The Sabres’ Significant Others will be at tables throughout the HSBC Arena Pavilion beginning at 5:30 p.m. to sell the hats which have been signed by Sabres players. The tables will remain open until the final hat is sold. Hats for the “Buffalo Sabres Hat Surprise” were donated by the New Era Cap Company.

The St. Bonaventure women’s basketball team will be honored for its 2009 WNIT run by having a banner unveiled to commemorate the season.  The banner will be uncovered prior to the start of the men’s exhibition game against Mansfield at 7 p.m. Friday at the Reilly Center.

Last season was the most successful campaign in St. Bonaventure history, with the Bonnies winning a program-best 23 games. The Brown and White made their first postseason appearance and highlighted it with wins against Big East foe West Virginia and Big Ten contender Wisconsin.
