The death yesterday of 16 year old Jett Travolta, son of actors John Travolta and Kelly Preston, gives reason for all parents to pause for a moment and give thanks for their children.
The Travolta’s were staying in their property at the Old Bahama Bay resort community on Grand Bahama Island, according to the web site Telegraph.co.uk. Initial reports are that Jett was bathing, suffered from a seizure, and hit his head. He was pronounced dead upon arrival at a local hospital.
Tentative plans have the Travolta’s bringing Jett’s body back to the states for burial near their Ocala, Florida home.
