Rosemary Akhavan has been working with children and their families for the past 30 years. She completed her PhD courses in Clinical and Health Psychology, specializing in child development. Rosemary opened 3 quality childcare centers in northern New Jersey, and was among the first to integrate a quality infant and toddler program into an early childhood program, that was so successful that she was featured on the TV show Good Day New York! Rosemary also had a weekly radio show on 1500 AM in New Jersey, and wrote a column in the local newspapers focusing on child care and parenting concerns.
