In this case, flats refers to flat heeled shoes and Purse Flats are Italian leather ballet flats with a skid resistant non-porous rubber sole that can fold up into a matching purse.

Sounds cute, but it is costly. Created by shoe lover Erika Wilson, the shoes alone cost $125. The purse is the same price. Together the cost is $240.
Mya used these to practice the lambada during week 4. The purse can also fit credit cards and keys, but at that price, I think I'll stick to what I have.
The shoes also only come in sizes 5-11 (no half sizes).
