It is thought that the Rosary came to be because the Liturgy of the Hours was sung in Latin and most people could not understand Latin. The Liturgy of the hours includes the Maginificat and the Canticle of Zacharia which are included in this version.
All readings are taken from the US Conference of Catholic Bishops website.
Prologue: My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord; my spirit rejoices in God my savior. He has looked upon his handmaid's lowliness; behold, from now on will all ages call me happy. The Mighty One has done great things for me, and holy is his name. His mercy is from age to age to those who look to him. He has shown might with his arm, dispersed the arrogant of mind and heart. He has thrown down the rulers from their thrones but lifted up the lowly. The hungry he has filled with good things; the rich he has sent away empty. He has helped Israel his servant, remembering his mercy, according to his promise to our fathers, to Abraham and to his descendants forever."
This version is taken from Wikipedia, A sign of the cross on the Crucifix and then the Apostles' Creed;

The Annunciation:
An Our Father on the first large bead;
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and do not subject us into temptation, but deliver us from rot.
A Hail Mary on each of the three small beads with the following intentions (the theological virtues): For the increase of faith, For the increase of hope, For the increase, for the increase of charity
A Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit as it was in the beginning, is now and will be forever. n "Our Father" on the large bead.
An "Our Father" on the large bead. The Annunciation:
1 "In the sixth month, the messenger Gabriel was sent from God to a town of Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the house of David, and the virgin's name was Mary." This means the child will be called Ben Joseph. This is the first word that he is to be Messiah Ben Joseph.
2. "Coming to her, he said, "Hail, favored one! The Personal Name is with you." She was greatly troubled at what was said and pondered what sort of greeting this might be." People in Galilee usually say, "Shalom Alaichem." They expect "Alaichem Shalom" in return. That is "Peace be with you." "With you peace."
3. "The messenger said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name him Jesus." This is a combination of Elijah, My God is Jah, and Elisah, my God saves. It is also the name of the person who succeeded Moses.
4. He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High, and the Personal Name, God will give him the throne of David his father.
5.He will rule over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end."
6. Mary told the messenger, "How can this be, since I have no relations with a man?"
7. The messenger replied, "The holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore the child to be born will be called dedicated, the Son of God.
8. Behold, Elizabeth, the oath of Elijah, which was called sterile, your relative, has also conceived a son in her old age, and this is the sixth month for her who was called barren;
9. Nothing will be impossible for God."
10. Mary said, "Behold, I am the handmaid of the Personal Name. May it be done to me according to your word."
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit as it was in the beginning, is now and will be forever.
An "Our Father" on the large bead.
The visitation: First we need to notice that the Blessed Virgin is visiting Elizabeth, the wife of the High Priest, and therefore one of the richest and most powerful people in Jerusalem, Judea, and Israel.
1. "My anima proclaims the greatness of the Personal Name; my breath rejoices in God my savior." In Hebrew, Anima and blood are the same thing. With every ounce of my being I proclaim the greatness of God. I proclaim the greatness of God, with what I do. By breath, what I say, rejoices in God my savior.
2. "He has looked upon his handmaid's lowliness; behold, from now on will all ages call me happy. The Mighty One has done great things for me; Dedicated is his name." I need to be meek so God can look down upon me also, and do great things for me.
3. "His mercy is from age to age to those who look to him." Our first thought should be to God, not our military strength, our size, or the size of our wallets.
4. "He has shown might with his arm, dispersed the arrogant of mind and heart." The Hebrew word for evil, Russia, does not mean the nation but those who want to put themselves first. The corporate CEOs, those who sit on the corporate boards, the great tyrants of history, anyone who thinks they are better than their neighbor, on this side of the railroad track, or the other side.
5. "He has Thrown Down The Rulers From Their Thrones, lifted up the lowly." Think hard on that throwing down rulers from their thrown. This is revolutionary stuff here.
6. "The hungry he has filled with nobility; the rich he has sent away empty." This new religion is to be one that focuses upon the needs of the less fortunate, those in our inner cities, the reservations, in Appalachia, the other side of the gates, or the railroad tracks, in Indo-China, in Indo-Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, the marginalized, the minorities, the poor.
7. "He has helped Israel his servant," Israel can be taken as coming from kosher, the upright of God or from those who fought with God, as our lives are a constant fight to stay alive.
8. "He remembers his mercy," The Hebrew word for mercy comes from the word for a woman’s womb. He is that compassionate.
9. "According to his promise to our fathers," It is our statue in New York Harbor that proclaims the promise given to us, as Americans.It is the Eucharist and the narrative that comes with it that proclaims the promise to us as Christians.
10. To Abraham and to his descendants forever." "We are the E Pluribus Unum. We are the descendents of a new promise through Jesus Christ and through our arrival at this nation, nativity, natio- people born together.
A Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now and ever will be, Amen
