There are many companies for hire that will remove left behind junk that is in your foreclosure purchase. This service is ideal for a home buyer who is reselling the property from a distant location and does not want to pay for travel expenses.

Below is a list of junk removal and home cleanout quotes for different areas in the US. The companies quoted provided an average price for their services.

 

 

  • The northeast:    $500.00
  • The southeast:      750.00
  • Central US:            500.00
  • North central US:  500.00
  • South central US:  550.00
  • The northwest:       500.00
  • The southwest:      650.00

Some companies charge more for cleanout within a city. Charges for foreclosure cleanout generally include a labor fees, a fee based on amount of waste, and a hauling fee. Also the junkyard they take the waste to, will charge a drop off fee.

There are many types of help that you can hire. Classified sections in most towns tend to be full of local workers willing to be hired for a cleanout job at a lower price than a company providing the same service. Although most of the junk removal, foreclosure cleanout companies are insured, where a local worker would most likely not be.
