Guns 'N' Roses drummer Steve Adler broke down and cried in court this morning. The judge was unmoved by Steve's "not guilty" plea to drug charges and sentenced him to stay in the Pasadena Recovery Center anyway, TMZ reports.

Steve apparently told TMZ that he spent all of the money he got from VH1's reality show "Sober Living" to pay for lawyers and rehab. He was arrested July 18 in Hollywood for possession of narcotics, being under the influence and an outstanding warrant.

It actually looks pretty nice to us. We hope he can stay clean and sober there. One day at a time.
