Jonathan Ajar AKA Jonnie Dangerous is the seventh suspect in the 'Burglar Bunch' robberies. (TMZ)

A Hollywood nightclub promoter may be at the center of the "Burglar Bunch," a gang of young thieves who are suspected of breaking into stars' homes and stealing more than $3 million worth of jewelry, designer clothes and accessories between December 2008 and October 2009. Their victims included  Orlando Bloom, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Megan Fox, Audrina Patridge and others.

TMZ reports that police are searching for Jonnie Dangerous AKA Jonathan Ajar in connection with the burglaries. Ajar could be the *celebrity connection* for the thieves. Many stars frequented his club -- and so did the teen suspects. Ajar has been seen -- and photographed -- associating with a lot of stars, while at least four of the other six "Burglar Bunch" suspects have been photographed inside his club.

Ajar was convicted on DUI charges earlier this year and was sentenced to 36 months probation, according to another TMZ report. He was arrested for drug possession on Sept. 30, the report stated. Both the drug arrest and the suspected burglary would violate the terms of his probation.

Police and prosecutors say the gang had a computer with aerial photos of 51 multi-million-dollar homes, mostly in the Hollywood Hills above Los Angeles, according to an AFP report. They scrutinized entertainment web sites to figure out when celebrities were likely to be away from home.

Los Angeles police captain Beatrice Girmala said earlier this week that 10 burglaries are linked to the gang. Police have arrested Nicholas Prugo (18) on Sept. 11 and have now added five additional burglary charges. Courtney Ames (18), Alexis Neirs (18), Diana Tamayo (19) and Roy Lopez Jr. (27) were arrested on October 22. Rachel Lee (18) was arrested in Las Vegas, but no charges have been filed.

The seventh suspect is the aforementioned club owner, Jonathan Ajar.

Thursday night, TMZ asked Paris Hilton what she thinks of the Burglar Bunch. She didn't hesitate to call them "dirty rotten thieves" and "scumbags" who deserve to spend 10 years in prison.

Here's that video:
