Kate Hudson wasn't the only star rooting for boyfriend Alex Rodriguez and the Yankees to win their 27th World Series title Wednesday night. Mary J. Blige sang the National Anthem and dozens of celebrities watched the Bronx Bombers beat the Philadelphia Phillies 7-3 to win the best-of-seven series 4-2 (four games to two).
Kurt Russell cheered with daughter Kate; others spotted rooting for the home team included newlyweds Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, Spike Lee, Oliver Stone, Regis Philbin and his wife Joy, "Saturday Night Live" producer Lorne Michaels, Will Forte and Jimmy Fallon.
After the Yankees' big victory, Kate and A-Rod went to New York's 10ak club to celebrate with teammate Derek Jeter and his girlfriend Minka Kelly, according to Us magazine. Kate reportedly went home after about a half-hour (they didn't get there until after 2 a.m.), but A-Rod partied with Derek and Minka until almost 5 in the morning. Hey, it's the city that never sleeps, right?
