In the second part of her interview with Diane Sawyer on "Good Morning America," Rihanna talks about the night that Chris Brown beat her up. She said she saw a text message that caught him in a lie about another girl and she confronted him about it. That escalated into a brutal beating, while they were driving along in the car, she said.
He had no soul in his eyes. Just blank. He was clearly blacked out. There was no person when I looked at him.
The interview on GMA is basically a teaser for the full-length conversation that airs Friday night on "20/20" (10/9c on ABC).
