Here's a list of San Jose Sharks players who you should add and drop for the week of October 19.

Add:

Jason Demers, D

Demers has put up six assists and a plus five rating through the Sharks first nine games. He's earned an everyday spot on the third defensive line with Kent Huskins thanks to his productive play. Consider adding him to your team for depth purposes at the very least; he'll be starter worthy if he keeps his job and the Sharks keep scoring.

Ryane Clowe, LW

He's had a very rough start to the season, putting up just one point in the nine games. As long as he stays healthy, however, he's a must have on your roster. He's a talented power forward who will have the opportunity to put up 25+ goals this season, and coach Todd McLellan will probably move him around in the lineup to see if it'll give him a spark. If Clowe is available in your free agent pool, pick him up immediately.

Drop:

Marc-Edouard Vlasic, D

Vlasic has only one goal and one assist so far, and he hasn't scored in the past four games, including the Sharks 7-3 victory over the Rangers Monday. His minus four rating is also troubling, and he'll lose ice team if keeps this up. He's a waste of a roster spot on your team, so dump him and look on the waiver wire for a more productive defenseman.

Joe Pavelski, C

Do not dump Pavelski on the waiver wire outright; he still has plenty of time to turn his two point season around, but consider trading him if you think there's someone in your league who needs help upfront and is willing to give you a player who's producing right now. The Sharks are a scoring machine, but until Pavelski proves he can be apart of it, try and find other productive players.
