Lara Papadakis is the founder of Seattle's Experimental Eating Club. She has been indulging her palate with weird and interesting flavors from around the world since her parents took her to Greece at 6 weeks old. During various career pursuits, she has always maintained a side career in eating. She is currently kicking off the fringe eating movement, an effort to sample much more than the predictable morsels of the animals we eat. Lara can be reached at yummivore@gmail.com.
