MI Governor Jennifer Granholm invites wind manufacturers at American Wind Energy Assn Conference

Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm kicked off today's American Wind Energy Association  conference in Detroit , with an invitation to bring wind manufacturing business to Michigan

"If you're a wind company looking to invest, we want you in MIchigan." she said in a news release issued by the American Wind Energy Association."

The Governor said, "Michigan is working to be a wind manufacturing center."

 The conference on small and community wind and supply chain issues, is expected to draw upwards of 1,700 people over the course of the conference, which ends Thursday.
