The water bill woman has compiled a database of Baltimore water bills and posted them on this new website. This site will not shock those of you who have received inaccurate water bills in the past. The information on the site makes me wonder how they come up with some of these bills and who ends up paying for the mistakes. It appears that the taxpayer has been ripped off quite a few times.
