Tonight at the Reservoir Hill Improvement Council annual meeting (which the Mayor spoke at, more on that later) rumors were floating around the room that the director of Baltimore's Department of Recreation and Parks, Wanda S. Durden had resigned because of the Baltimore City Foundation scandal. How many others will "resign" because of the corruption at the highest levels of Baltimore City Government?
