On Halloween night at 1:50AM (The second 1:50AM since it was daylight savings night) some friends and I were leaving Club Charles a 1724 North Charles street after a great Halloween night. When we exited the bar we immediately noticed some commotion outside of the infamous after-hours establishment Club 1722 (located at 1722 North Charles). I thought about pulling out my camera and recording the scene, but I did not. Today I found out that the legendary Zach of TuffNerd Productions (who I saw dressed up like a woman earlier in the night) recorded what was going on. It appears that some drunken patrons of Club 1722 spilled out on to Charles street and started to beat each other. The altercation spills into the garage next door to the club and at the 1:44 mark you can see a man punch a woman.
