Assassin’s Creed 2 (M – Mature) – Ubisoft – PS3/Xbox 360 – Coming on November 17th, the sequel to the original 2007 game promises a much more expansive and less repetitive adventure as you take on the role of a young Italian noble named Ezio in his quest to avenge the murders of his brother and father in Renaissance Italy.

Batman: Arkham AsylumBatman: Arkham Asylum (T – Teen) – Rocksteady - PS3/Xbox 360 – Quite possibly the best comic book based video game that has been released to date. Joker has taken over Arkham Asylum and it is up to Batman to sneak and fight his way through not only Joker’s minions but some of Batman’s rogues gallery as well.

Brutal Legend (M – Mature) – Double Fine Productions – PS3/Xbox 360 – On Earth, Eddie Riggs (voiced by Jack Black) is a roadie for the worst heavy metal band ever. In this alternate Earth, Eddie is a heavy metal hero helping to lead the resistance to free human slaves.

God of War Collection (M – Mature) – Sony / Bluepoint Games – PS3 – Coming on November 17th, this digitally remastered port of God of War I and II has been upgraded to high definition resolution (720p) with all the bells and whistles to make one of the best looking Playstation 2 games shine on the Playstation 3. In addition, the God of War Collection comes with a demo for next year’s God of War III.

inFamousinFamous (T – Teen) – Sucker Punch Productions – PS3 – Released this past May, this sandbox title was a surprise hit that you’ll have no choice but to enjoy.

LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues (E10+ - Everyone 10 and Older) – PS3/Xbox 360/Wii – Traveller’s Tales – Indy is coming back on November 17th in this remake of the previous LEGO Indiana Jones title. Don’t be put off by the remake moniker, however, as the levels from the first three films are all new, the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull has been added, and you’ll also gain the ability to create your own LEGO levels.

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 (T – Teen) – Vicarious Visions – PS3/Xbox 360 – This sequel dumbs down the RPG elements from the original but still makes for a great brawler that you can play with up to three of your friends. This game is available on the Wii but we don’t recommend it unless it is your only option.

Mini Ninjas (E10+ - Everyone 10 and Older) – IO Interactive – PS3/Xbox 360/Wii – This kid friendly title features Hiro and his band of ninjas trying to save the world from the Evil Samurai Warlord.  Adults may not enjoy this cutesy take on the ninja world but the kids likely will.

Ninja Gaiden: Sigma 2 (M – Mature) – Team Ninja – PS3 – Sigma 2 ups the ante on the Xbox 360 release by adding three playable characters, team mode, and upgraded visuals. All worth it for fans of the series.

Ratchet & Clank Futire: A Crack in TimeRatchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time (E10+ - Everyone 10 and Older) – Insomniac Games – PS3 – This platform / shooter concludes the Ratchet & Clank Future trilogy as Ratchet continues his search for his partner Clank using an arsenal of crazy weapons.

The Saboteur (Rating Pending) – Pandemic Studios – PS3/Xbox 360 – Coming on December 8th, you play Sean Devlin as he joins the resistance in Nazi occupied France during World War II. This game is made unique by it’s use of color to note the mood of the area the protagonist is in.

Uncharted 2: Among ThievesUncharted 2: Among Thieves (T - Teen) – Naughty Dog – PS3 – If you or your loved one don’t have this game, get it now. Easily the best release on the Playstation 3 to date. Nathan Drake won’t let you down.
