Industrial Revolution has come into effect as a result of the drastic changes in agriculture, manufacturing, mining and transport and has todate a very profound effect on the socio-economic and cultural conditions on this earth.
Technological development in the automobile industry is one of the best examples of industrial revolution whereby engineers and designers have often used prototypes to explore new design alternatives and test theories with enhanced innovations.
As such, the trend in the auto industry is currently towards Echo-Drive which is an innovative system that allows drivers to gain better insight into how their driving style substantially influences fuel consumption and pollutant emissions.
Consequently, in order to mobilise the innovative system and enhance functioning of mechanism, for example in automobiles, the use of ceramizers should be fully exploited as this provides for the repair, reconditioning and protection of all metal-metal friction parts.
Multi-Jet Technology is also one of the new innovations especially in use by Diesel Engines with a better control over the combustion process. This enables quieter, more comfortable drive with lower vibration levels, better fuel consumption and improved responsiveness.
New FIAT Cars like 500 have come into worldwide prominence due to some of their innovative new technology one of which is well known as “Start & Stop”.
This is activated when the vehicle comes to a stop, the engine is automatically switched off without the driver turning the ignition key. To drive off again, the driver simply needs to press the accelerator or clutch pedal to restart the engine.
When the vehicle is at a stand still in a traffic jam or at a red light, no fuel is consumed and no CO2 is emitted. Also, noise emissions drop to zero.
Start&Stop is an innovative new technology currently available on Fiat 500 and 500C petrol versions and shortly to be offered on the new Punto Evo model.
