On August 10, Bob Costas asked President Bush a long, convoluted question about performance-enhancing drugs in the Olympics and baseball, ending with "How do you, as an American, trust the integrity of the sports you watch?"

President Bush started his response with "Let's just talk about baseball."

Don't want to suggest doping controversy at the Olympics.  So far, Russian athletes have been accused of urine sample substitution; Bulgarian weightlifters withdrew; Greek, Italian, Romanian, and Indian athletes have tested positive and medals from prior U.S. wins have been stripped.  We're a few days into the Beijing Olympics.
