Regional Park in Midwest City is transformed into a Holiday Light Spectacular during the holiday season. Lighted snowflakes lead the way to the entrance of the park on Southeast 15th Street between Midwest Blvd. and Douglas. Over one million lights illuminate ninety displays including a 118 foot Christmas tree. New in 2009 is “Illumination Celebration” a dancing forest light show that is set to music.

Carriage rides through the park will be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings for $7 per person. Reservations for 10 or more can be made by calling 405-598-0930.

Holiday Light Spectacular opens on Friday, November 20, 2009 and continues through December 30th. The park is open Sunday-Thursdays from 6 pm to 10 pm with extended hours on Friday and Saturday until 11 pm. There is no charge for the light display but donations are appreciated.
