The World Series may officially mark the end of baseball season, but that doesn't mean that training has to stop.  In Portland, Frozen Ropes offers indoor training to get you through the cold winter months.

Frozen Ropes is a franchise that specializes in baseball and softball instruction.  With alumni such as Manny Ramirez and Mariano Rivera, it's easy to see why the company is successful.

The Portland location offers events such as College Bound Night, a free informational event for high school baseball and softball players who are interested in playing at the college level.

They also have a fastpitch travel team, indoor fastpitch and baseball leagues, and a transitional league for middle school players to help prepare for high school.

Programs are offered for children as young as five years old, so it is never to early to get your child started in a sport that will offer them lifelong skills, a team environment, and an appreciation of fitness.
