
Japan's Hideki Matsui won MVP, Derek Jeter owned the new ballpark in the Bronx, A-Rod showed what baseball is all about, and Kate Hudson cheered on her man as his esteemed team took the World Series.
It took a decade since this happened before but today the celebration began in earnest with a real old school ticker-tape parade down Broadway today. That's New Yok tradition, and so are the Yankees -- just ask Yogi Berra, right there to celebrate with the rest of the pinstripes.
